Jimenez served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Raytheon Technologies Corporation (formerly known as United Technologies Corporation). In prior roles, Jimenez served as Vice President and General Counsel of the Raytheon Company from January 2015 until its 2020 merger with United Technologies Corporation, and as General Counsel of Bunge Limited, Xylem Inc., and ITT Corp.

In government service, Jimenez served as General Counsel of the Navy, Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense, Principal Deputy General Counsel of the Navy, Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for Secretary Mel Martinez, and Deputy Chief of Staff and Acting General Counsel for Florida Gov. Jeb Bush.

Mr. Jimenez serves on the boards of Equal Justice Works, the Yale Law School Fund, the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Medical Center, and the Lake Forest Country Day School, as well as the advisory boards of the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law, the Yale Law School Tsai Leadership Program, and the National Security Institute of the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. He also serves on the University of Miami President’s Council.

Jimenez received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Miami and a juris doctorate from Yale Law School. He also received a master’s of business administration in finance and strategic management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a master of arts in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College, with an emphasis in the law of armed conflict. Jimenez is admitted to the bars of Florida, the District of Columbia, New York and the U.S. Supreme Court.
