Bryan Caccavale

VICE PRESIDENT, NAVY PROGRAMS

Bryan Caccavale is vice president of Navy Programs for Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, located in Newport News, Virginia. Named to this position in 2022, he is responsible for program execution and financial performance of the portfolio of ships built and maintained by NNS.

Caccavale began his shipbuilding career in 2002 as a financial analyst and since then has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including leadership roles in program finance, financial planning and reporting, contracts, and supply chain management. Prior to his current appointment, he served as vice president of Material and Manufacturing and was responsible for the company’s procurement, material logistics and manufacturing functions.

A native of Hampton Roads, Caccavale earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and his master’s in business administration from The College of William and
Mary. In the community, he serves on the board of trustees for the Virginia Living Museum and
the board of directors for the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
