Todd Gentry

President, C5ISR

Todd Gentry is the president of the C5ISR business group in HII’s Mission Technologies division. Named to this position in May 2023, he is responsible for all aspects of Mission Technologies’ C5ISR operations.

Gentry previously served as senior vice president of the C5ISR business group. He joined HII in 2019 and has served in various programmatic and operations leadership positions since.

Prior to joining HII, Gentry served as director of the advanced aviation assessment portfolio under the U.S. Army’s Aviation and Missile Command. He also served in various positions in direct support of the U.S. Special Operations Command and its service component commands.

Gentry retired from the U.S. Army in 2013 with more than 25 years of service. He specialized in combat engineering, acquisition, technology development and logistics and deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Gentry earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School.
