Rich Fisne is the senior vice president, contracts, at HII’s Mission Technologies division. Named to this position in August 2021, he is responsible for Mission Technologies’ contracting, procurement, estimating and pricing.
Fisne previously served as senior vice president of contracts and procurement at Alion Science and Technology. Prior to joining Alion in 2018, he worked for ManTech, leading all aspects of the contracts and subcontracts function for the Mission Solution Services Group. He also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC and American Management Systems.
Fisne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton and a graduate certificate in accounting from the University of Virginia. He is an active member of the National Contract Management Association and the National Defense Industrial Association.
