Marc Sosa is chief information officer of HII’s Mission Technologies division. Named to this position in 2023, he is responsible for all aspects of information technology to enable Mission Technologies’ IT priorities and strategic objectives. He guides day-to-day leadership of all information systems, while ensuring the appropriate alignment with enterprise cybersecurity and IT goals.

Sosa brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to HII, he held leadership positions at Serco Inc. and at Computer Sciences Corporation, where he delivered IT solutions to the U.S. government and intelligence communities.

Sosa holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in management information systems from Liberty University. He has also attended advanced leadership academic programs at the University of Oxford and Cornell University.
