Stephen is Vice President of Contracts & Pricing at Ingalls Shipbuilding. In this role, Stephen and his team are responsible for contract award and administration, estimating and pricing, and export/import licensing and compliance.
Stephen began his career with HII in 2013 as senior counsel for the Ingalls Shipbuilding division, bringing with him a depth of experience in working with businesses on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.
In 2018, Stephen was promoted to Director of Contract Administration, where he supported Ingalls’ historic backlog of contracts.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Auburn University and a Juris Doctor from University of Alabama.
Prior to joining HII, Stephen was an equity partner practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, outside general counsel and IP litigation.
