HII APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS AT INGALLS SHIPBUILDING
Global engineering and defense technologies provider HII (NYSE:HII) announced today the appointment of Donny Dorsey as vice president of operations at HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding division. Dorsey, formerly ship program manager for all DDG waterfront efforts at Ingalls Shipbuilding, replaces George Jones, who will retire April 1 after 37 years of service.

Global engineering and defense technologies provider HII (NYSE:HII) announced today that Xavier Beale has been appointed vice president of human resources and trades (HR&T) at the company’s Newport News Shipbuilding division, effective April 1. Beale succeeds Susan Jacobs, who was appointed vice president, human resources and administration at HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding division.

Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE:HII) announced today that Matt Mulherin Jr. has been promoted to vice president of contracts at its Newport News Shipbuilding division. Mulherin assumed the new role on Monday, Jan. 3, succeeding Christie Thomas, who has been appointed corporate vice president, investor relations.

Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) announced today that Mike Aldinger has joined its Technical Solutions division as vice president of HII’s live, virtual, constructive (LVC) training solutions with a focus on growth and engagements with the U.S. Air Force. HII’s LVC training solutions team offers artificial intelligence-driven advanced simulation capabilities, including virtual and augmented reality and large, integrated exercises around the globe, to enable the U.S. Department of Defense to meet critical readiness requirements.
