Kimberly Nastasi​

Vice President, Integrated Communications and Stakeholder Engagement

Kimberly Nastasi, IOM, CAE, is vice president of integrated communications and stakeholder engagement. Kimberly is responsible for leading internal and external efforts in marketing and communications, special events, community relations, corporate stewardship and government affairs.

Prior to joining Ingalls, Nastasi was the Chief Executive Officer of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and Executive Director for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce Foundation. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for The University of Southern Mississippi Foundation.

A graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, Kimberly obtained both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the field of Communication with an emphasis in Speech and she has a corporate communication certificate from Cornell University. She also studied Spanish at the Universidad de Cemanahuac in Cuernavaca, Mexico.

Kimberly, a Certified Association Executive, is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, the Gulf Coast Business Council’s Master’s Program, Leadership Gulf Coast, and Leadership Mississippi. She is the co-founder of Coast Young Professionals and a past participant of Rotary International’s Group Study Exchange program where she spent time in Brazil.

Nastasi is a Past Chair of the Winter Board of Regents, Past Board of Trustee Executive Committee Member, faculty member and Past Chair of the Curriculum Committee for Institute for Organization Management, a program of the United States Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Nastasi served as a member of the United States Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 from 2014-2016.

As an active member of the community, Kimberly was recognized by The Sun Herald as one of South Mississippi’s Outstanding Community Leaders, by the Coast Young Professionals as a Forever Young and Hall of Fame recipient, Top 50 Business Women in Mississippi, by the Mississippi Business Journal and as Executive Director of the Year by Hands On Mississippi in 2015.
