In his role as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer for Ingalls, Keith Munn is responsible for all financial
operations, including Contracts, Estimating & Pricing, Business
Management and Information Technology’s functionality and
services.
Previously, Keith served as Director of Business Management, where he was responsible for business management functions
such as profit and loss, financial forecasting and planning, contract negotiations, and earned value and budget management throughout the design and construction for all programs.
Keith began his career with HII in 1998 as a program financial analyst for the DDG 51 Program. In 2002, Keith assumed the position of Finance/EVMS for the U.S. Coast Guard’s National Security Cutter program. After briefly serving as a contract manager for the LPD Program, Keith returned to the DDG 51 Program Office as business manager, going on to earn a Program Excellence Award in 2010.
After serving as business manager for the LPD Program, Keith led negotiations for LPDs 26-28, earning additional accolades. In his current role, Keith has overseen negotiations for the contracts of LPD 29 and 30, DDG 51 Program, NSCs 9 and 10, the repair of DDG 62.
Prior to joining HII, Keith served in multiple roles in the casino industry for several years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi. He also serves on the board of directors for the Mississippi Economic Council Public Education Forum.
