Cullen Glass

VICE PRESIDENT, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Cullen Glass is vice president of Supply Chain Management for Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, located in Newport News, Virginia. Named to this position in 2022, Glass is responsible for all procurement, outsourcing and material logistics functions across the shipyard.

Glass joined HII’s corporate office in 2019 as corporate director of enterprise transformation before transferring to Newport News Shipbuilding to serve as director of supply chain procurement. Glass joined HII after 18 years with Honeywell’s Building Controls division and corporate office where he held leadership roles in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, planning, IT, program management, customer care and Lean/Six Sigma.

Glass earned a bachelor’s degree in management from The College of St. Scholastica and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
