Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, will be hiring hundreds of entry-level (Engineer 1) positions this year to support work in its Engineering and Design (E&D) and Nuclear Propulsion (NPD) divisions.

NNS is offering engineering graduates who are hired: 

NNS will be interviewing this spring and hosting hiring events throughout the year for recent or May/June 2023 college graduates.

Our Engineering and Design team at Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) is responsible for designing and testing the most complex and technically advanced nuclear powered aircraft carriers and submarines in the world to protect the freedom of our country.
