These shipbuilders will be recognized during the graduation ceremony Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Overall Apprentice of the Year

The Overall Apprentice of the Year recognizes the apprentice who has set a standard of excellence among their peers and has performed at the top of their class continuously.
Instructor of the Year

The Instructor of the Year Award recognizes an Ingalls Apprentice School instructor for their hard work, dedication and commitment to helping apprentices learn everything they need to know to become first-class in their craft.
Throughout their time in the apprenticeship program, our Craft Apprentices of the Year and Ship Award honorees distinguished themselves through their overall academic scores, on-the-job scores, work attendance and compliance excellence.

The Scholarship honoree has the highest overall scholastic average combined with the best classroom attendance and disciplinary record.
The Leadership honoree has the best combined attendance both on the job and in the classroom.
The Craftsmanship honoree has the highest overall on-the-job evaluation score combined with the best on-the-job attendance and disciplinary record.
