Led by executive sponsors and open to all HII employees, our ERGs provide opportunities for personal and professional development, leadership, mentoring, volunteerism, networking, and cultural enrichment. These employee-run networks connect employees who want to become more engaged with their colleagues, and the company. ERGs also support our recruiting, retention, and sustainability programs.
