At this time we are offering monetary referral rewards to currently employed NNS employees that refer candidates which get hired to the following hard to fill positions:

TRADES POSITIONS

Valid for all trainee, entry-level and experienced positions listed below:

  • Shipfitters (X11) – $1,000
  • Welders (X18) – $1,000
  • Deck Electricians (X31) – $1,000
  • Sheet Metal Workers (X32) – $1,000
  • Machinists (X43) – $1,000
  • Pipefitters (X42) – $1,000
  • Riggers (X36) – $1,000
  • Blasters, Insulators and Marine Painters (X33) – $1,000

*Beginning March 1, 2026, the monetary referral reward for the positions listed above will only be eligible for experienced positions.

  • ABET-Accredited Engineer (Level 3 & 4) – $2,000
  • Import/Export Administrator (Levels 3 & 4) – $500

  • Naval Architect (Level 3 & 4) – $2,000
  • IT Software Engineer (Level 3 & 4) – $2,000
