Jennifer is Vice President of Quality & Engineering at Ingalls Shipbuilding, where she oversees formulation, management and oversight of the division’s quality program. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ship design, engineering, integrated logistics support (ILS), and planning yard engineering, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of excellence.
Since joining Ingalls in 2007, Jennifer has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to excellence in shipbuilding and engineering. Most recently, she served as Director of Technical & Design Engineering, leading a team of engineers, designers and test engineers in overseeing the design, construction and testing of some of the Navy’s most advanced warships and the National Security Cutter program.
Jennifer is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Florida. Her academic foundation is further strengthened by a Bachelor of Science in Physics. A former Navy Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear), Jennifer’s experience in the Navy honed her leadership and technical skills, which she continues to apply in her civilian career.
Jennifer is an active member of Ingalls’ engineering employee resource group and is a graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast, a program that nurtures leadership development and community engagement.
