THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES, THEIR FAMILIES, AND VISITORS TO OUR SITES REMAIN A TOP PRIORITY.

Effective March 7, 2022: Masks are no longer required on Newport News Shipbuilding property. This includes all indoor and outdoor settings, as well as shuttles and buses. This applies to both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. Masks are still required, however, at the clinic. Newport News Shipbuilding strongly encourages all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and receive booster shots when appropriate. While not a condition of employment at this time, a fully vaccinated workforce is the best way to keep our shipyard safe.
