Both a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Joint Certification Program (JCP) number are required for suppliers providing material and services for ships under construction or overhaul. To request or update a CAGE Code, visit the CAGE Code Request website. For JCP numbers, visit the Defense Logistics Agency - JCP website and complete the DD Form 2345.
Interested companies should complete the Prospective Supplier Form.
