Foggo, U.S. Navy (Ret.), Naval Sea Systems Command’s unmanned programs chief rear Admiral Casey Moton, U.S. Navy, and former Task Force 59 Commander Captain Michael D. Brasseur, U.S. Navy (Ret.), to discuss the past development of unmanned systems and their short and long-term way ahead in U.S. naval service.
