Kimberly Schuler

Vice President, Contracts, Pricing, Procurement, Trade and Compliance (Acting)

Kimberly Schuler is acting vice president, contracts, pricing, procurement, trade and compliance at HII’s Mission Technologies division where she leads enterprise wide contract strategy, compliance, and execution across a diverse portfolio of complex Government programs.

Prior to this position, Schuler served as director of contracts leading a team of senior contract professionals responsible for managing approximately 80 active contracts totaling $1B in annual revenue, primarily supporting advanced research and development initiatives across the Department of War. In her role, she provided expert guidance to Executive and Senior Leadership on high risk contractual matters, financial exposure, proposal development, and strategic acquisition shaping.

Before joining HII, Schuler held progressively senior roles in contracts leadership. Earlier in her career, she served as Manager of Contracts and Finance for a small business, where she developed the company’s cost accounting system and indirect rate structure, successfully negotiating acceptance with DCAA and DCMA.

Schuler holds a Bachelor degree in International Studies from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is an active member of the National Contract Management Association and holds a CFCM certification.
