Entrée options were: Artichoke, Tomato, Goat Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breast (gluten free); Parmesan Crusted Halibut, Lemon Butter; 16-Hour Beef Short Rib, Red Wine Jus (gluten free); Vegan - Potato Gnocchi with Mushrooms and Baby Vegetables paired with a Red Pepper Coulis and garnished with Fried Sweet Potato and Micro Green Salad.
