fix(news): render pasted prose paragraphs correctly in rich_body
Paragraphs pasted from Word/Docs/PDF arrive with single-newline
separators. CommonMark requires blank lines between paragraphs, so
marked was collapsing them into one wall of text on the published
page.
normalizeMarkdown now splits each block on internal newlines and
turns each line into its own paragraph — unless the block contains
markdown structural markers (lists, headings, blockquotes, code
fences, tables, hr), in which case it's left alone so structured
content keeps rendering correctly.
