Newport News Shipbuilding

Employee Referrals

Newport News Shipbuilding is always seeking talented shipbuilders to join us in our mission of building the world's greatest nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines in support of the U.S. Navy. Our work takes skill, teamwork and commitment.

If you are a current full-time NNS shipbuilder and know of someone who would be a great fit for our team, please refer them! Our NNS Human Resources Talent Acquisition team wants to meet them — and you could also qualify for a monetary referral reward.

To be considered eligible for a referral award, please be aware that actions from both the current NNS employee and the candidate are required.

This Employee Referral Program is for all active NNS employees who refer new external candidates to eligible open positions that are posted. This program may be changed or terminated at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of Human Resources Talent Acquisition. The company reserves the right to administer and interpret the NNS Employee Referral Program at its discretion.
