Glenn Goodman

President, Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Solutions Group

Glenn Goodman is the president of the Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Solutions Group in Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Technical Solutions division. Named to this position in August 2021, he is responsible for all aspects of the business group’s daily operations, including the strategic growth and expansion of HII’s integrated LVC training solutions to an extended customer set within the Department of Defense.

Goodman previously served as the senior vice president and general manager of the integrated LVC Solutions Group at Alion Science and Technology and as vice president of operations, overseeing Alion’s Advanced Modeling and Simulations Operation for the Cyber Network Solutions Group.

Goodman has more than 30 years of direct involvement in analysis and program management for DoD organizations, including the Navy Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona, Navy Warfare and Development Center (NWDC), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Office of Naval Research (ONR) and Joint Forces Command (JFCOM).

Goodman earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from Virginia Tech.
